NSW: Keneally strikes a deal with Rudd on health plans

New South Wales Premier KRISTINA KENEALLY says she's struck a deal with the prime minister
over funding for his health reforms.

But she says if the other states and territories don't come on board .. or the deal's
modified during ongoing talks in Canberra .. to the disadvantage of NSW taxpayers .. it's
all off.

Ms KENEALLY's told Fairfax Radio .. NSW will allow the federal government to retain
a third of its GST revenue .. with safeguards that money will go to the state's own public
hospitals.
