NSW: Three men arrested over food fight and assault
Three men have been charged after allegedly throwing food and wine around a North Sydney
restaurant .. and assaulting the owner and a staff member.
Police allege the three men broke two windows and racked up a damage bill of more than
four thousand dollars at the Lavender Bay restaurant last night.
They say a 35-year-old man from Glebe .. a 32-year-old man from Maroubra .. and a 23-year-old
man from Randwick .. have each been charged with affray and malicious damage.
The Glebe man's due to appear in Parramatta Bail Court later today .. while the other
two will appear in North Sydney Local Court next month.
